วิธีกำจัด/แก้ไข : antirap.exe
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Double click ที่ My computer เลือกที่ Tool > Folder Option
Click เลือกที่ Tab ของ View เลือก Show hidden files And Folder แล้ว OK
2. ไปที่ drive C:\ แล้ว Click ขวาที่ไฟล์ autoexec.bat เลือก Edit
แล้ว Delete บรรทัดด้านล่างนี้ออก
del C:\Progra~1\Trusteer\Rapport\bin\RapportService.exe
เมื่อ delete ออกแล้ว เลือกที่เมนู Files > Save หรือ กดปุ่ม Ctrl+S
3. ใช้ HijackThis Fix checked บรรทัดด้านล่างนี้
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nonep] > Run file\antirap.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [none] c:\AUTOEXEC.BAT
